NEWS / ANUNȚ IMPORTANT:
Pentru ediția FOL Conference 2026, organizatorii anunță deschiderea unor secțiuni dedicate lucrărilor redactate și prezentate în limba română, alături de secțiunile internaționale desfășurate în limba engleză.
🔹 Autorii care optează pentru prezentarea lucrării în limba română pot face acest lucru, cu condiția ca rezumatul să fie redactat și transmis în limba română, urmând ca lucrările acceptate să fie susținute în limba română în cadrul sesiunilor corespunzătoare conferinței.
🔹 Publicarea lucrărilor în volumul Conferinței EDUSMART se va realiza exclusiv în limba engleză, în conformitate cu cerințele editoriale ale conferinței.
Această inițiativă urmărește încurajarea participării cadrelor didactice, cercetătorilor și practicienilor din România, precum și valorizarea bunelor practici și a rezultatelor cercetării educaționale dezvoltate în context național. Autorii sunt rugați să consulte secțiunile conferinței și să precizeze în mod explicit, la momentul transmiterii rezumatului, limba în care doresc să susțină prezentarea.
Trimiterea rezumatelor:
Rezumatul trebuie redactat în Word, folosind șablonul de rezumat (fără modificarea formatului fișierului). Fișierele vor fi denumite Nume_Prenume_abstract.docx, vor conține maximum 20 de rânduri, redactate în limba română (sau engleză), și vor fi transmise prin e-mail la adresa: edusmart@utcb.ro. Termenul-limită pentru trimitere este 19 Octombrie 2026. Timpul estimat pentru prezentare este de 10 minute (în plus, vor fi alocate 5 minute pentru întrebări și discuții).

Under the umbrella of EDUSMART – International Conference on Education, Science and Modern Approaches in Research & Teaching, the FOL Conference – Foundations of Learning: Innovation, Inclusion and Sustainable Educational Practices is a thematic edition dedicated to exploring the foundations of learning across educational contexts.
This edition focuses on innovative, inclusive, and sustainable educational practices that support meaningful learning experiences from foundational stages to higher education and lifelong learning. The conference promotes learner-centered pedagogies, reflective teaching practices, and evidence-based approaches that respond to current educational challenges.
FOL emphasizes the role of innovation in education, including active learning methodologies, interdisciplinary approaches, and the thoughtful integration of digital tools and emerging technologies. Particular attention is given to inclusive education, equity, diversity, and sustainability as core principles shaping contemporary learning environments.
The FOL Conference provides an academic forum for educators, researchers, and practitioners to share research results, pedagogical models, and best practices that contribute to strengthening the foundations of learning and improving educational quality.

DETAILS:
Abstract Submission:
Abstracts should be prepared in Word, using the abstract sample template (without changing the file format). The files will be named Name_Surname_abstract.docx, will contain maximum 20 lines written in English (or Romanian), and will be sent by email to the address: edusmart@utcb.ro. Estimated presentation time is 10 minutes (in addition, 5 minutes will be reserved for questions and discussions).
Papers Publication:
Conference Proceedings Book will be published by Conspress Publishing House – UTCB, ISSN: 3119-8880, ISSN-L: 3119-8880. The full texts should be prepared in Word, using the template file. The papers will be written in English, named Name_Surname_paper.doc, and sent by email to the address: edusmart@utcb.ro.
Deadline for Registration:
Submission of the abstract (and mention of the appropriate section from above): October 19, 2026.
Submission of the paper: November 16, 2026
Certificates of Participation:
Electronic Certificates of Participation will be sent by email to all participants, after the end of the conference.
Fee:
It is free of charge, there is no registration fee!
Letter of Acceptance and Invitation:
Please note that our acceptance letter does not constitute a commitment on EDUSMART Organizing Committee part with regard to financial support of your attendance at this Conference and all fees and expenses must be met by you and/or your organization.
We do not provide any assistance relating to Visa, travel and accommodation other than this Letter of Acceptance for the Romania conference.
EDUSMART Organizing Committee hereby reiterates that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application works.
A Letter of Acceptance is a proof that your abstract/paper submission and registration application are accepted and invited by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Should your application be denied, EDUSMART Organizing Committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MoFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
